The end of May was marked by the signing of the contract by which Despec company became the part of BSP group, which is, above all, well-known for the successful growth and running of a business by the company BS Procesor. After 15 years of successful business running in the domestic IT market, BS Processor has additionally strengthened its strong position in the market through acquisition of a new firm.

At the press conference that was organized on that occasion, Mr. Milan Vuletic, the Chairman of BSP group said: “Successful companies grow. Some grow from inside, others through acquisition of other companies in the market. The most successful grow in both ways. We are very proud that through this acquisition we have completed our dominant position in this particular market, but we believe that this is just a hint of future integration and growth of the BSP Group”.

The representatives of both companies deem that the joint effort of the members of the group on the market, under the umbrella company, will be beneficial for all member companies. There is a versatile offer, advanced services and better conditions for cooperation for our long-term, as well as new business partners.

The result of the acquisition of Despec by the BS Procesor will definitely change the current position in the domestic IT market. Therefore, it is not surprising that those who are well familiar with IT sector find this acquisition to be one of the major in the domestic IT industry so far.
